‘Taste and See’ is a day of workshops for people who want to know more about children’s spirituality and all-age worship.
When I led a ‘Taste and See’ day on the Isle of Man, my host invited participants to offer instant, one-word feedback – here it is! Below is some more feedback from ‘Taste and See’ days I have led in Cornwall, the Scottish Borders and Edinburgh:
“Really helpful, inspiring, thoughtful, tons to take away.”
“The two workshops were packed with ideas.”
“Great interactive nature to exchange ideas with other people.”
“Inspired me to feel more energised to go and create a prayer space.”
“Inspiring suggestions for prayer; storytelling ideas – fab!”
“Both sessions very good and I think my church’s creche & Sunday club leaders (and minister etc etc) would get a lot out of it.”
“One of the best conference sessions I’ve attended.”
“I thought the interactive talks were excellent and then having the chance to think how we would use the techniques ourselves really consolidated that piece of learning.”
All-age leaders at St James the Great, Dollar were inspired to create this colourful and inviting Soul Space for all ages, and this elegant Prayer Tree. Thanks to Laurene MacKenzie for these lovely pictures.
